This summer, we embarked on our second RV adventure with Tracks & Trails, this time extending the invite to Grandma and Grandpa. So, we loaded up two kids, two grandparents, two of us, ten bags, and flew to Seattle to pick up two RVs and explore 500 miles of Washington’s Olympic Peninsula.

Having explored Yellowstone and Grand Teton last year on our first Tracks & Trails RV trip, we were feeling more confident in our RV know-how and looked forward to showing the grandparents the ropes on their first-ever RV adventure. That said, we were very glad to still have a thorough walk-through and reminder of how everything in the RVs worked at the rental center before we hit the road.

What followed was nine days of incredible family time, giggles, adventuring, and core memories captured. We hiked through the depths of old growth forests and mossy tunnels, rafted the clear, glacial waters of the Hoh River, climbed to mountain vistas, soaked in natural hot springs, had beach bonfires on rocky coastlines, and met more than a few banana slugs and mollusks we’ll never forget.

We hope you’ll enjoy watching this trip video as much as we enjoyed capturing it.
