Glacier National Park RV Vacation

About Glacier National Park

For those who crave mountain scenery and don’t mind doing some hiking, you’ll visit some of the west’s most incredible landscapes on this trip. Glacier National Park encompasses alpine meadows, dramatic rock faces, clear rivers and lakes, rugged peaks, waterfalls, and, of course, glaciers! Get up close to one of Glacier National Park’s 26 glaciers by boat or by foot.

Climb aboard a historic Red Bus for a drive along the Going-to-the-Sun Road, one of the world’s most spectacular highways. Bisecting the heart of Glacier, this 52-mile-long road follows the shores of the park’s two largest lakes and hugs the cliffs below the Continental Divide as it traverses Logan Pass.  It was such an engineering feat that it has been declared a National Historic Landmark.

Whether it be a historic Red Bus tour or a guided boat tour on one of the many lakes you will not forget experiencing the scenery and wildlife that provide constant amazement and inspiration for young and old alike.
