Visit the different areas of the park to see a variety of animals, features, and ecosystems. Attend Ranger Programs to learn about the park. Take a tour (in a historic Red Jammer Bus or in a modern vehicle with a Blackfeet Cultural Guide). Enjoy a horseback ride, raft trip, or boat tour while here. See the glaciers before they disappear!

Fly into Bozeman and spend your first night in a hotel in this neat western town before you begin your journey to Glacier National Park. Visit the dinosaur exhibits at the Museum of the Rockies and stop by the American Computer and Robotics Museum.
Bozeman to Flathead Lake: 270 miles
Flathead Lake – 1 night
Enjoy panoramic views of the Mission Mountains while looking for a glimpse of Flessie, the Flathead Lake Monster.
Flathead Lake to West Side of Glacier: 76 miles
West Side of Glacier – 3 nights
Visit the Trail of the Cedars on your way to Avalanche Lake. Look for huckleberry bushes in the campground to taste some of the local bears’ favorite fruit.
West Side of Glacier to Many Glacier: 69 miles
Many Glacier – 3 nights
Enjoy this quieter section of the park (our favorite) with hikes that leave right from the campground. The camp store has lots of treats made from huckleberries.
Many Glacier to East Side of Glacier: 22 miles
East Side of Glacier – 2 nights
Access the Going to the Sun Road for gorgeous views of the Rocky Mountains. This will also be your base for visiting the Two Medicine area.
East Side of Glacier to Bozeman: 290 miles

Spend your final night near Bozeman Hot Springs then catch your flight out the following day.
