The sandstone canyons at Lake Powell are amazing, and there’s no better or more refreshing way to explore them than from a kayak. This 4.5-hour paddle trip takes you through the very scenic Antelope Canyon. Your guide leads a group of up to 12 people on a roughly 2.5-mile paddle (5 miles round trip) through an ever-narrowing canyon to where the water ends. From there, you’ll continue on foot for about 2 miles (round-trip) up the narrow slot canyon, which is only accessible by water.

There is a short section of paddling along the exposed lakeshore before entering the canyon. Boat traffic and wind can create waves, so a little confidence is required.
