Kirsten is a Washington, DC native but fell in love with the West after moving to Portland, OR for culinary school. She has always enjoyed traveling, but her wanderlust really took off when she began hiking and backpacking in the Pacific Northwest. Since then, she has road-tripped and camped through most of the National Parks and down the Pacific Coast Highway. Her vehicle, lovingly named “Bertie” has taken her completely across the country and back 6 times. With this move to Colorado, she has now traveled all of the major east-west highways of the United States.

With a very diverse occupational background as a public school teacher, performing musician, executive chef, and hiking guide, Kirsten has jumped into this new role of Trip Consultant with huge enthusiasm and lots of new ideas. She is happy to help with your RV vacation, but also feel free to ask her about foodie options, making good food in an RV kitchen, and what hikes she would recommend on your trip.
